Service Types Explained!
1Online refers to connecting to your PC remotely (from one of our computers) and performing repairs. In case of network troubles where you have no internet access we will walk you though troubleshooting steps over the phone.
2Inhome means we come to your house directly and perform the service. Please note that inhome service takes a lot longer due to travel time and prevents us from doing multiple tasks at once so it has a much higher cost. |
