Your privacy is very important to us. Accordingly, we have developed this Policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate and disclose and make use of personal information. The following outlines our privacy policy.

We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained.
Refund Policy
If we were not able to resolve the problem you will not be charged for the service and a refund will be applied, though a diagnostic fee may still be applicable and non-refundable. Please take into account that we do not charge an hourly rate, as our services are a flat fee we do require that a minimal diagnostic fee be non-refundable. This is to ensure that the time taken by our associates to discover if this problem is not resolvable we still are able to provide diagnostic results to our clients and still cover our employee wages. We are not able to take responsibility for data loss that may occur from infections, the process of repairs and losses due to hardware failures but not limited to are not cause for refund and will not be provided in the event this could happen.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and rescheduling of appointments should be made 24 hours prior to the appointment time, this will help us schedule the earliest appointments for our other clients otherwise there will be a cancellation fee. If the technician arrives at you home provide our service appointment and no adult is present, service may be denied and a cancellation fee will be charged. Cancellation fee will not be applied for remote services at this point in time.
Warranty Policy
A seven day warranty for the requested service is provided to the original serviced unit starting on the date the initial issue has been resolved. Unless explicitly provided, this warranty does not cover deliberate or accidental damages. Up to two malware, virus, or spyware reinfections are covered within the duration of the warranty if you have up to date anti-spyware and anti-virus protection at the time the initial repair has been completed. If the problem persists after the second repair then an operating system reinstallation may be necessary to completely remove an infection. If hardware failure occurs it is advised that you contact the manufacture regarding manufacture's warranty. Misuse or neglect of advice from a technician may result in void of warranty. Abuse towards our technicians will not be tolerated and is just cause to void warranty resulting in termination of further support.
